Every signature strongly identified. Every document valid for decades.
eSoppari turns a PDF into a signed document that still verifies years from now. Signers identify themselves with their own bank eID — no accounts to create, no apps to install.
Available in Finland — with Nordic eID support.
How it works
Three steps, from an unsigned PDF to a sealed one.
-
Upload your PDF and add signers
Choose the document, name the people who need to sign it, and decide whether they sign in order or all at once.
-
Signers verify their identity with their bank eID
Each signer opens a link and authenticates with their own national eID — no accounts, no apps.
-
Every signature is sealed and timestamped
The result is a long-term-valid PAdES-B-LT PDF, carrying its own verification link that anyone holding it can open.
What you get
Strong identity on every signature
There is no weak tier. eSoppari has no email-link or SMS-code signing to fall back on — every signer authenticates with a national eID at eIDAS High assurance, every time.
Legally binding under eIDAS
Each signature is applied as an advanced electronic seal (Reg. 910/2014 Art. 36) over the signer's verified eID authentication, with an RFC 3161 timestamp from an EU-qualified timestamping authority.
Valid for decades, without us
Validation data is embedded in the PDF itself (PAdES-B-LT), so the file verifies offline in any PAdES-aware reader — not only for as long as we keep an archive open for you.
GDPR by design
Data is hosted in the EU. Erasure requests under Art. 17 are honoured with hard deletion, and a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28) is accepted at signup.
Sequential or parallel signing
Signers can be put in a strict order, asked all at once, or mixed. Reminders and expiry are handled for you, and a decline stops the request cleanly.
Live tracking and independent verification
Watch a request progress signer by signer, with a full event history. Every finished PDF carries its own verification link, so anyone holding the document can check it free of charge, without an account.
What people sign with it
Financial statements and board minutes at accounting and audit firms. Board minutes, contracting agreements and property manager's certificates at housing companies. Minutes, powers of attorney and agreements at associations and foundations. Employment contracts, employment certificates and termination notices in HR. Sales and partnership agreements.
These are documents where somebody may have to show, years later, exactly who signed. See how each of these teams uses it ›
Signers use the eID they already have
All four schemes are supported at eIDAS High assurance.

Did you get a signing invitation?
If someone has sent you a document to sign through eSoppari, here is what that means.
- The link is safe to open. It shows you the document before anything is signed, and you can read it in full first.
- Signing costs you nothing. Only the organisation that sent the request pays for the service.
- You do not need an account. There is nothing to register and no app to install.
- You identify yourself with your own bank eID. That is what makes your signature strong — and it is the same identification you already use with your bank.
- You can decline. If you should not be signing this, decline with a reason and the sender is told.
