What's included — and what is not

  • Every plan includes a monthly signature allowance. Signatures within the allowance are covered by the monthly fee.
  • Beyond the allowance, a per-signature rate applies. You are never blocked from signing because an allowance ran out.
  • Billing is monthly, in arrears, by bank transfer. Invoices arrive as a PDF by email.
  • All prices exclude VAT.
  • No card is required — not to create an account, and not at any point after.
  • Verification is free for anyone holding the document — the verification link is printed on it, and it costs nothing, forever.
  • Public API — not yet available.
  • SMS invitations — invitations are delivered by email.
  • Qualified signatures — deliberately not offered; see Legal validity.
  • Free trial — live plans and allowances are shown at registration instead.

What counts as one signature

A signature is one signer, not one document. A contract signed by three people uses three signatures from your allowance, whether it goes out as one request or three.

Nothing else is metered. Uploading a document, saving a template, sending reminders, tracking a request and verifying a finished PDF all cost nothing on top.

Common questions

Is an eSoppari signature legally binding?
Each signature is applied as an advanced electronic seal under eIDAS (Reg. 910/2014 Art. 36) over the signer's verified strong eID authentication, with an RFC 3161 timestamp and long-term validation data. Legal validity explains what that means in practice ›
Will banks and authorities accept it?
That is the recipient's decision, so we will not answer for them. What we can say is that banks in practice require the signer to be strongly identified, and every eSoppari signature is. Two things still need checking on your side: that the counterparty accepts electronically signed documents at all, and that your particular document type is not one the law requires in a specific form.
How do signers prove who they are?
With the national eID they already use for their bank — Finnish bank credentials, Swedish or Norwegian BankID, or MitID. Each of those identifies the signer at eIDAS High assurance. Signers need no account and no app.
What counts as one signature?
One signer. A document signed by two people is two signatures.
How do I get started?
Create an account. Current plans and allowances are shown during registration, and you can look without paying or entering a card.
Can I connect it to our own systems?
Not today. eSoppari has no public API, so documents are prepared and sent from the web interface. If that is a requirement for you, tell us — it helps us judge the demand.
How do I cancel?
Contact us and we will close the subscription. Billing then ends according to the terms you accepted at signup.
